An Order is not considered accepted until the Seller confirms it, receives the required payment or begins processing the Order.

Acceptance of delivery also confirms the Buyer’s agreement to these Terms.

The Buyer is responsible for confirming that a Product is suitable and legally permitted for the intended professional purpose.

6. Prices

7. Payment

The Buyer must pay the full amount stated on the Website, invoice or Order confirmation.

The Buyer is responsible for confirming whether the Products may be lawfully ordered and received in the destination country.

The Buyer must ensure that:

The Buyer is responsible for:

  • Monitoring the tracking information.

  • Contacting the carrier where necessary.

  • Responding to delivery notifications.

  • Arranging redelivery or collection.

  • Receiving the parcel within the carrier’s permitted period.

A delay in the first tracking scan does not necessarily mean that the Order has not been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

14. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside the Seller’s reasonable control, including:

  • Customs inspections.

  • Flight delays.

  • Carrier backlogs.

  • Public holidays.

  • Labour disruptions.

  • Security incidents.

  • Regulatory reviews.

Certain Products may require temperature-controlled or protective packaging.

Where appropriate, such Products may be packed using:

  • Insulated containers.

  • Protective foam.

  • Cooling packs.

  • Other suitable packaging materials.

Cooling packs may no longer be frozen or cold when the parcel arrives. This alone does not necessarily mean that the Product has become defective or unusable.

After delivery, responsibility for proper storage passes to the Buyer.

The Seller is not responsible for deterioration caused by:

  • Failure to open the parcel promptly.

The Seller will not be liable for delays, seizures, refusals, destruction, return, confiscation or penalties imposed by customs, regulators or other authorities.

Where reasonably possible, the Seller may assist by providing available invoices, packing information or shipment documents. Such assistance does not transfer the Buyer’s legal responsibility to the Seller.

17. Import Duties and Taxes

International Orders may be subject to:

  • Import VAT.

  • Customs duties.

  • Brokerage charges.

  • Carrier handling fees.

  • Local taxes.

  • Regulatory fees.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the purchase Price and must be paid by the Buyer or recipient.

The Seller does not control or determine the amount charged by customs authorities, carriers or local tax bodies.

Failure to pay applicable duties or charges may result in the parcel being delayed, returned, abandoned or destroyed.

18. Private or Unlicensed Purchases

Orders placed by private consumers or unlicensed individuals contrary to these Terms are made at the Buyer’s own risk.

Where a Buyer misrepresents their professional status or eligibility:

  • The Buyer assumes full responsibility for the purchase.

  • The Seller is not liable for misuse or unauthorised application.

  • The Seller may cancel the Order.

  • The Seller may request additional documentation.

  • Any refund may be reduced by non-recoverable banking, processing or administrative costs.

The Seller is not obligated to independently investigate every Buyer’s professional status, but reserves the right to perform checks at any time.

This clause does not remove any mandatory legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Missing or Incorrect Items

Claims concerning missing or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

The Buyer must provide:

  • The Order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs.

  • An uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened.

  • Images of all packaging materials and received Products.

The Buyer must inspect all protective packaging before discarding it, as smaller items may be placed within bubble wrap or inserts.

The Seller may review packing records, parcel weight, photographs or warehouse video footage.

Where an error by the Seller or fulfilment partner is confirmed, the Seller may provide a replacement, refund or store credit.

Claims without sufficient evidence may be refused.

Claims for damaged Products must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

The Buyer must provide clear evidence showing:

  • The damaged Product.

A remedy may be available where:

  • In its complete original packaging.

  • Suitable for resale.

Opened, used, temperature-sensitive, sterile, hygiene-sensitive or security-sealed Products may not qualify for return.

The Buyer must obtain written return approval before sending any Product back.

Unless the return results from the Seller’s error, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

24. Duplicate Payments and Orders

Where a duplicate payment is confirmed, the Seller may:

  • Refund the duplicate payment.

  • Issue store credit.

  • Apply the amount toward a future Order.

  • Agree another solution with the Buyer.

Where duplicate Orders are placed, one Order may be held temporarily while the Seller seeks confirmation.

If both Orders have already entered fulfilment or been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

26. Failed Delivery, Non-Collection or Refused Parcels

The Buyer is responsible for receiving the parcel and cooperating with the carrier.

The Seller is not required to provide a free replacement or full refund where delivery failed because:

  • The Buyer was unavailable.

  • The recipient did not collect the parcel.

  • The Buyer ignored delivery notifications.

  • The Buyer refused delivery without approval.

  • The address was inaccurate.

  • The carrier could not contact the recipient.

If the parcel is returned and remains suitable for resale, any approved refund may be reduced by:
